October 6, 2018 -> Stone Henge & Bath

We went to Stonehenge and Bath today. What an awful day to visit Stonehenge! It was so rainy and freezing cold, but we made the most of it.

Then for lunch, after Stonehenge, I tried subway for the first time.  I ordered the low fat chicken tikka on 9 grain wheat bread with cheese, lettuce, green peppers, and garlic sauce.  It was actually really good.  But had to order a coffee cause they ran out of hot cocoa.  I was craving hot cocoa all day!

Next, whole waiting on line to enter Bath, these cute senior ladies came around with homemade baked goods for 50p each.  So of course I had to get a pecan dark chocolate chip cookie and split a mini cupcake with Katie Murphy.  They were so good!

Afterwards, we walked around the cute little town area.  There were so many shops and little bakeries and cafes everywhere!  We stopped in Whittards and got free taste samples of pumpkin spice tea, orange gingerbread tea, chocolate popcorn tea, and toffee white hot chocolate.

When we got back I finally got to try the Cadbury Oreo sandwich dairy milk bar while we watched Lala land (don’t tell me how it ends though, I didn’t get to see most of it because I needed to get work done before all my adventures of today).

October 2, 2018 ->Royal Albert Hall

Watched the Carlos Acosta ballet last night at the Royal Albert Hall.

My two friends and I got a random upgrade of our seat from the Third Tier to the 10th row.

September 29, 2018 ->Buckingham Palace Visit

Buckingham Palace is much more impressive on the inside, but absolutely no pictures or videos allowed.

Saturday morning we went to the Buckingham Palace room tour and then went to bubble wrap waffles in Chinatown right after. I got the red velvet base waffle, hazelnut gelato, Oreos, chocolate brownies, Lotus Biscoff biscuits, Nutella drizzle, and powdered sugar.

September 26, 2018 -> Fountain near CIEE building, More Food Pics

A quick picture of the fountain that is outside the CIEE building (the building that I attend for most of my courses) and I often visit during my lunch break.  Also a college students secondary focus .... Junk Food.  It is a good thing that my flat has a Gym in the building.  No freshman 15 (or 20) for this college student.

Earlier this week I went to Ben’s cookies with Kelsey Bohannon and Mia Crutcher. Was gonna try the ginger dark chocolate, but they had a new cookie so I tried the cookie crumble. Soooo good. It was like a cookie butter cookie with Lotus biscuit crumbles.

September 22, 2018->Waffle Party, Harrods Visit, More English Delights!

Weekends are the best!

Started my Saturday with a waffle party after the gym. Made regular and chocolate buckwheat waffles. (The chocolate ones had Cadbury biscuit piece milk chocolate pieces chopped in it)
For toppings we had: bananas, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, Nutella, chocolate syrup, ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate chips

After the waffle party we went to Harrods... I even tried on a couple dresses and got my hair down for free 😉 We walked through the Godiva bakery there too (didn’t buy anything though)

Then we went to Pret A Manger. There I had tomato soup and a chocolate almond butter cookie.

Then went to Paul Cafe next door. I got a chocolate hazelnut filled beignet and some other kind of pastry that tasted like a soft pizzelle cookie. (And Jada got the eclairs and Katie bought the GIANT meringue)
